Who do you trust?
How do you know you can trust them?
How do you handle it when they say something that doesn’t resonate?
If you’re basing your choices on what you used to believe, you may be in trouble. If you’re acknowledging confusion and a growing sense of not knowing, you’re on firmer ground.
Knowing that helps you narrow things down to what you actually DO know for sure – which also helps you find the right questions. You’re not going to find the right answers until you find the right questions. And your life – literally – depends on how you answer.
For example: What is a human being? What is a human capable of? Your answer to that directly affects the questions Who am I? and What am I capable of? The contradictory messages I’m hearing all around these days break down into basically two camps:
You’re an aspect of Divine Source who has no idea who you are or how powerful you are. You can do miracles. You create your own reality. The courage you expend to watch your thoughts, hear the story attached to them, and deal with it appropriately is rewarded by feeling the shackles of the story fall off. You are considered royalty amongst the star brethren.
or
You’re an incompetent, unlovable piece of shit. Your only value lies in what you produce for the system. You don’t know what’s good for you, are too stupid to manage your own life, and need a government to tell you what to do, how to take care of your health and well-being. We know what’s good for you better than you do. This source believes you are blind to lies and manipulation.
These are core beliefs that determine how you make choices – and there may be aspects of truth in both camps. You are definitely an aspect of Source or you wouldn’t be alive and breathing. That makes you a Divine Being. You are definitely not an incompetent, unlovable piece of shit who has no value except what you produce for the system. Your value lies in your very divinity. So, shut out the noise. Especially now, it’s critically important to notice the thoughts that sneak in while you’re not looking. Use them to become aware of what you actually believe, not only what you think you believe.
As difficult as it can be to face these issues, it’s truly a gift. The only way out is through. Our human collective is becoming aware of the underlying messages that bombard us. While we can choose to ignore them, they still affect us. They determine how we are – how we behave, patterns, quality of life. But…and this is an important BUT…once you become aware of where thoughts come from and how they affect you, you have choice. You can choose HOW to interact with Life. You can choose who you want to be and how you want to live. You. Are. Sovereign. Go forth and prosper.

I am clearing a space –
here, where the trees stand back.
I am making a circle so open
the moon will fall in love
and stroke these grasses with her silver.
I am setting stones in the four directions,
stones that have called my name
from the mountain tops and riverbeds,
canyons and mesas.
Here I will stand with my hands empty,
mind gaping under the moon.
I know there is another way to live.
When I find it, the angels
will cry out in rapture,
each cell of my body
will be a rose, a star.
If something seized my life tonight,
if a sudden wind swept through me,
changing everything,
I would not resist.
I am ready for whatever comes.
But I think it will be
something small, an animal
padding out of the shadows,
or a word spoken so softly
I hear it inside.
It is dark out here, and cold.
The moon is stone.
I am alone with my longing.
Nothing is happening
but the next breath, and the next…
